Epson EMP 835

Page 2/2

Viewing still radiological images (from PACS etc.) is where this projector really shines. The super bright, high contrast (600:1) settings combined with the native XGA resolution produced the highest quality images we have seen yet in a projector setup. The image retains good detail at sizes from 60 inches (suitable for a small to medium group meeting) right up to huge displays above 200 inches (its maximum projected size is 300 inches!).

This projector comes with a host of extra features that make presenting to a group meeting (almost) stress free. Images can be shown without a computer attached at all - via the USB ports, simply plug in a USB pen drive, select the image and you are away. The wireless capability is invaluable for the small to mid sized room where wires can be both messy and dangerous. Setup should only take a few minutes the first time (you have to install the software onto the computer and then just plug in the wireless card), and after that it only takes seconds for the EasyMP software to recognise and register the link and allow wire free access to the networked images. The high speed (11G) card included in the package means that even large files can be shown without interruption via the wireless link while maintaining the security of confidential images.

The support package offered by Epson matches the quality of the product: every Epson projector comes with a 3 year, next day on site warranty at no extra charge! (some retailers will charge several hundred pounds for this).

An exceptional projector that sets the gold standard for large scale image viewing.
